Thanksgiving Community Brunch is a team of Friends, Families and Local Businesses who have a focus to bring the community closer, and provide a holiday meal that everyone will remember. Our goal to feed One Hundred Thousand people, is small in comparison to our desire to bring people together. Family has been the backbone that gives our team the ability to make this all possible. We value each relationship we have and the new relationships that we continue to created.
After building relationships with local vendors, coordinating product pickups, collaborating event details and spreading the word to the community, our head Chef with support from the Sky Garten team prepare one of the best meals Philadelphia has experienced.
November 27, 2013 our founders Brent Cronin & George Raymond held the first Thanksgiving Community Brunch at St. Michaels Church 2139 E. Cumberland street Philadelphia Pa 19125. Since then we continue to grow and watch as the Thanksgiving Community Brunch brings people closer together.
On June 21, 2017 the Thanksgiving Community Brunch was approved for our application to form as a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Charitable Organization by the Internal Revenue Service. We are excited to share with you another amazing milestone in this journey to help others. Our entire team are extremely grateful for all the support, guidance, commitment, and motivation we receive from our Friends, Family, and Community.
The Thanksgiving Community Brunch is, truly, beyond our wildest dreams, and it is a privilege to continue to help people who need it. This is only possible with the power in the community around us. We welcome you join us and be a part of our community.
